Fully functional,threeinone automatic bending machine,which has combined both the plate and profile processing. This system integrated the most convenient switching function of material and cutter, the design of double slotting cutter and double bending blade can easily deal with stainless steel,galvanized sheet,aluminum plate and aluminum profile and other materials processing. Model Interpretation
1.采用机械手式的送料设计,由分别设置于编码器前后的两组夹具夹持材料递进工作。相比循环式夹持送料,可有效减少使用条料时所产生的材料浪费现象。
2.采用CNC车刀作为板材开槽刀具,刀片选用德国进口硬质合金刀,强度高损耗低,刀片双面8刃,更换省时省力无需磨刀。型材采用直流电机驱动合金刀开槽,软件自动添加任意角开槽实现对尖角的处理。
1.Mechanical arm feeding,with two clamping system located at both sides of the encoder,are better than the circulation clamping feeding in the way of saving material.
2.Use CNC lathe cutting tool as the slotting tool,the cutter imported from German with high strengh,the 8 sides of cutter edge makeing sure the lower wear down and easy cutter changing.no need to sharpen it during changing.use DC motor drived alloy cutter to slot the aluminum profile.As to the sharp angle,the software will automatically add the slotting point with any angle to realize it.
