X13HSW升级款全功能弯字机。同一平台下,针对板材与型材加工无需更换硬件,且系统可对刨刀、铣刀轴独立驱动自动换刀,无需人工切换刀具。主动式材料矫直系统搭配递进式夹持送料系统,加速材料进退速度,提升整机加工效率。

Based on X13HSW upgrade X13KVW full functionality bending machine.under the same paltform,for plate and profiles processing without hardware replacement,and the system can be independent of planer cutter, the milling cutter axis drive automatic tool changer, manual switch bending tools.Active material correction system with progressive type clamping feeding system, accelerate the material in a speed, improve processing efficiency.

Model Interpretation


1、主动式材料矫直系统搭配递进式夹持送料系统,加速材料进退速度,提升整机加工效率。

2.采用机械手式的送料设计,由分别设置于编码器前后的两组夹具夹持材料递进工作。相比循环式夹持送料,可有效减少使用条料时所产生的材料浪费现象。

3.双刀双驱开槽系统,刨刀、铣刀的组合配置,系统针对不同材料的加工自行驱动开槽刀具,无需人工介入刀具切换程序。
