  全功能,集合板材、型材加工于一体的三合一弯字机 采用滚压式持续送料系统, 快速灵敏、持续响应、缩短加工时间。

系统中集成了便捷的材料与刀具切换功能,双开槽刀具与双刀交替式折弯的设置可轻松应对:不锈钢、镀锌板、铝板、超级字铝型材等材料的加工生产。

  快速灵敏,持续响应,缩短送料时间。被动送料滚轮气压设置可调,针对不同厚度材料均可表现出众,消除因压力过大对材料造成压痕的现象。  

  依托长度编码器与系统组成的闭环控制有效消除可能发生的送料打滑现象。与源文件匹配精度±0.1mm。

The same functions as X13HSW, this bending machine can process plates, profiles and stainless steel. The rolling feeding system is used. Thus it proceeds rapidly and sensitively. Moreover the convenient material and blades switching function are integrated in the system. With double slotting cutter and double blades to alternating bend, all materials such as stainless steel, galvanized sheets, aluminum, super-word aluminum profile etc can be proceeded easily and rapidly.

Passive feeding roller pressure is adjustable, for different thickness of material are outstanding performance, eliminate indentation caused by the stress on the material. Depending on the closed loop control of the length encoder and system effectively eliminate the possibility of feeding skid. The matching accuracy with the source file is ±0.1mm.
